Suicide

For someone to feel such heartache and shame

To take their own life because of the pain

They feel that theres no longer light in the tunnel

the emptyness down that dark glummy funnel

Nomore sheds a glimmer of hope

So they go ahaead and get long rope

The pills they take after a session

Thankfully they didn’t get done with possesssion

Their thoughts and their actions were so impaired

By drink and by drugs with no expense spared

For a massive amount of cocaine in their system

Their cognitive behavious and thoughts had to twist them

When the bathtub it starts to overflow

With water that has a reddish glow

From blood from their wrists that are so badly bleeding

After tearing them deep with a scalpel leading

To death and horror and all kinds of grief

That depression could only be seen as a theif.
