our love is nicely seasoned
by the mingling of our skin
sometimes it's hard to tell
where i fade out and you fade in
.
when balanced by our natures
then the universe stands still
in fall, i'll bring you summer
for we'll spring through winter's chill
.
our love will go through changes
as the hills of time, we climb
we'll struggle through the valleys
but attain a peak, sublime
.
i loved you the first second
and eternally, i will
in fall, i'll bring you summer
for we'll spring through winter's chill
.
the flesh will finally wither
but the energy within
will live on in pure essence
more miraculous than skin
.
we'll always find each other
and we'll reenact the thrill
in fall, i'll bring you summer
