there's chaos in the kingdom
bold rebellion in the realm
a personal attack
upon the one who mans the helm
.
the king was growing frenzied
with his face white as a ghost
seems someone stole his pantaloons
the ones he loved the most
.
he called upon his army
to sift through the castle grounds
with every soldier present
not to mention all their hounds
.
the king is on the very brink
of cardiac arrest
seems someone stole his pantaloons
the ones he loved the best
.
his eyes full of suspicion
any member of the staff
that tended to his laundry
could have done this for a laugh
.
but no, it was his wife, the queen
who took them from the shelf
she claimed the king's best pantaloons
and wears them now, herself
