i used to be a dancer
with a rhythm, tried and true
but lost the thread of music's path
till things became askew
.
i had no partner in my arms
alone forevermore
an aimless soul just making
lazy circles on the floor
.
i used to be a planet
with an orbit, free and pure
but lost my grip on gravity
till things became unsure
.
i found myself adrift in space
until you wandered by
a ball of dust just making
lazy circles in the sky
.
i used to be a lover
with a heart that leaped and cried
but lost all thoughts, emotional
till things became untied
.
but you have given life to me
i've found the joy within
my fingers are now making
lazy circles on your skin

The rhythm is spot on and so it's really satisfying to the tongue. Light and lazy feel to it too.
