LEFT, RIGHT ?

we all can use direction
for it takes decisions, deft
you might be not quite right
when you are turning to the left

this concept got me thinking
what is left and what is right ?
and now that i have pondered
i believe i see the light

the point i'm driving home
is when you start to lose your teeth
and evil things invade them
sneaking in from underneath

you find you have some left
so you still need to brush them, right ?
or soon you will find out
the ones still left aren't holding tight

we find when friends have left us
and they surely have that right
the ones that you have left
you surely must hold onto tight

i've come to this conclusion
and my diatribe now ends
if you want to have some left
don't drive your teeth into your friends
