look at the lovebirds
they cuddle and coo
they look at us
for we're so in love too
they call us lovepeople
and watch what we do
look at the lovebirds
how lucky, how few
.
look at the lovebirds
they fly on the wing
while up in the heavens
it's love songs they sing
these songs fall to earth
and it's joy they will bring
look at the lovebirds
preparing for spring
.
look at the lovebirds
their passion is art
for they are connected
by mind, soul and heart
forever in love
and in tune from the start
look at the lovebirds
they never shall part
