the moon cannot escape
the dancing fingers of the dawn
the sun absorbs the moonbeams
till all consciousness is gone
.
i am the moon in gray
you are the blue and golden sun
we'll soon be joining forces
and be melting into one
.
the ocean stretches out
for the horizon's warm embrace
their hues will coalesce
until they do not leave a trace
.
i am horizon's smile
you share the ocean's sense of fun
that moment in the twilight
we'll be melting into one
.
the fire begins on earth
and quickly races to the sky
though dark clouds bring the rain
the fire shall leap, ascending high
.
i am the fire that licks
you are the heavens' starry run
when hot flames lick the heavens
we'll be melting into one
