the sun, like us, has many moods
and those who live on earth
can tell when that ol' sun is sad
and when she's full of mirth
.
we all have somber mornings
when we hate to rise from bed
we wish that we could close our eyes
and sleep some more instead
.
the sun must always rise at dawn
she knows no other other way
but when she's feeling lazy
she is draped in shades of gray
.
then other mornings will occur
when we will leap from bed
and don our grandest fineries
with bonnet on our head
.
the sun at times will rise in flames
rejoicing in the day
with colors radiating forth
extending every way
.
the sun, like us, has many moods
so wondrous, when we catch
those moments when great moods align
and we and sun both match

Intriguing and fun somehow, and a good old rhythm! last but one verse seemed so like the picture - or is that a sunset?! Rhiannon
