such as man and loving wife
while others are more comfortable
with something more still life
.
perhaps a shred of fiction
but one artist never lies
before she goes to bed each night
our sun will paint the skies
.
some artists think in abstract
others deal in photo-real
it's up to the beholder
to discover how they feel
.
but what is realistic ?
mother nature takes the prize
before she goes to bed each night

some artists work on tiny plates
while some on murals, vast
but big or small means nothing
in a game not meant to last
.
our mother is eternal
and we can't conceive her size
before she goes to bed each night
