the alphabet has letters
from these letters we make words
then toss them up into the sky
to fly like flocks of birds
.
we've given names to everything
so we can all relate
till every nuance of a curve
we've simply hammered straight
.
there's many different alphabets
with oddities and tricks
but the letters i grew up with
run from one to twenty six
.
from this lovely set of letters
it is rhyming words, i form
these words may come out chilling
or at other times, quite warm
.
two dozen letters, i throw out
and kiss them all goodbye
for the only two i really need
are the letters "u" and "i"

Clever stuff from a lover of

I have just been given the all clear to write again after a long battle with narcoepileprosy. I am best known for my tour de force, "Do the Russell-fad dances through the ages".
