Global warming

global warming is so informing,
seas and storms turning,
plants and people burning,
it's not much to look forward to,
scientists and geologists dont have a clue,
if i were in charge,
no one would starve,
we'd all have homes,
and mobile phones,
but maybe it might be better
if i wrote a letter,
to gordon brown,
although he'd turn me down,
but it's better than dreaming
of my world gleaming,
if only there were something else,
another way i could help,
there could be something,
maybe some one i could ring,
some one important and has power
to no one would he cower,
but he's a VIP
he wouldn't listen to me,
if it were up to me i'd kill the sun,
blow it up then my work would be done,
but then we'd have no heat or light,
we'd all be cold and have no sight,
so that won't work: well not perfectly anyway,
the onli other thing is to wait for the future days
when i get gcses
and go to one of the top universities,
but then it'll be to late,
the world would be gone by then at this rate,
so what is there for me to do,
i suppose im normal cos i hav no clue,
all this stuff makes me frown
cos all i can do is keep my carbon footprint down,
oh well ill be like every other man,
live life to the full and do what you can,
surely theres some one that can do some thing,
to enhilate the threat of global warming.
