A Big White Dog

You see him everyday in every way.
He’s not about the run, the jump, the play.
In fact he’s not much use at all
Just looking down at the bright greenish bluish ball.
He drools and tsunamis take out India.
You know, that kid from Peoria
With the funny name that every other girl hates?
He sits in class and while no one looks, he situates.
Twisting, turning, this way, and there
As if to prove it’s damnation to be anywhere
Other than this way. Or that way. In a chair.
Simplified I suppose that all faith is thin air.
We can stop the needless killings of nine year old Palestinians with thin air -- --.
And while we’re at it we can rewrite the constitution so that everyone’s mind is blown on their position with god/s and the dog house that is the afterlife.
All the boy wanted -- he wanted to put his flag on a fence.
Tell him about sin, faith -- repentance.
I'll be eating some thin air sandwiches with that kid in purgatory.
He’s going to need someone to teach him how to ride a bike made out of thin air.
After that maybe someone will be ignorant enough to hit that big white dog.
We can teach it to jump through hoops in thin air.
