sparkling glisten glittering heavens
starry skies starry night starry splendour
silver moon alone
beautiful moon deserted lonely pale

curtains open on my bed in wonder
out through the foggy glass
floating mirror above the trees
far in my window the friendly moon

pray listening softly a voice whispers
pray ask and hope and believe
mother's love
sends a kiss so quiet she's so pretty

slumber whispering
like a candle flame that flickers
soft light that quietly calls

peaceful night. Can you see the stars where you live? We can somewhat, but quite a lot of light pollution. I'd love to go out into the deeper country on a clear night sometime, memories of the milky way clearer in childhood. And my daughter spent a winter up high in the alps and said the stars where like dropping damonds in the sky. Rhiannon

Thanks Rhiannon! Here from Pretoria you do see the stars but not very bright there is pollution here, in general, light, smoke and that. Joburg is terrible if you go outside you can see the moon and you can count the stars on the fingers of one hand: one, two, three. If you're lucky.

But as you say if you go camping or a farm somewhere out on the countryside it is glorious, magnificence and splendour, awe for the Maker. Your daughter is lucky.

My machine crashed it was quite a business well I can use it again. It must have been damage from loadshedding, the electricity cuts.

In many places people don't have water they take them water with trucks, you need electricity to pump water up into the reservoirs. One of the biggest problems is damage to infrastructure, theft vandalism and sabotage.

Rich neighbourhoods too it doesn't make exception. At home we've been lucky so far. Amongst many another thing is you have trouble with everyday things the daily routine, traffic lights and so on.

You can't escape from a moonshadow, the shadow of her cold lonely, pale forlorn desolate beauty. Soon man will conquer the moon with people living indefinitely in moon-bases and colonies …

You can buy a plot of land or a farm, hurry avoid the rush! Title deed. Joking of course. We still have to figure out this part.
