You hauling me to the mirror.
See what I see - saying - see what I love
Love.
And two faces side by side in the silver
Saying your face that I love - my face
Reflecting glass as four eyes look
And two mouths mouth.
You are laughing in the mirror - you are pouting.
There is me now looking sombre,
Wondering what you love if you see what I see.
See, what I love isn't what I see.
I love something unwordable
Not something sayable or seeable
Not even touchable
But hanging in the air above the bed
At some moments when I am spent against you.
There is tenderness
Which only I feel.
I feel it then.
You are sticking out your tongue
Vain thing
And in our eyes this reflection reflects
Infinitely.
