Engage in verbal combat.
Stuff problems in bag.
Walk out with cleaners.
Collect mudguards.

thru rain, spray and darkness.
Dazzled by lights.
Swerved by lorries.
Lunch/dinner at the wheel.
Everyone but the driver asleep
(although I'm alone).
Arrive.
1 hr of ailments.
Peace, Burroughs and JD.
Phone dying.
Thank God it's only the phone.
