You can deny yourself cream
to keep your blood clean
but your bones will crumble to dust

If you cut out the booze
the stress will get you
And go for a run if you must

But if you run in the cities
to be brutally honest
you might as well just smoke

Whatever you do
the one thing that’s true is
we’re, all of us, going to croak

To speed up the process, take up a dangerous sport
like cycling to work in London.
