Madness in my brain
Messages buzzing on the phone
Barely made the train
Bingham's in my ear
singing a refrain
Another Monday morning
Another weekend down the drain

I remember Friday - so long ago now - and saying, "Well, we made it boys. Back on Monday we didn't think we would. But here we are. We cracked it."

 

But now it's Monday again!

Hello jolono, Karl, Jenny and Bee. Finally catching my breath. Reading it now it all looks a bit hurried and rough around the edges. I suppose it was. All those Monday mornings - trying to keep the weekend going until the last possible minutes and racing down the hill for the train that must not be missed. Love it, hate it, love it, hate it...
