Oh Lord, you have blessed us with a beautiful winter morning. Bone dry, still, and bright with the morning sun.

As we raise the body and prostrate ourselves, let us be mindful that this is a minor service: 5,000 miles or six months and that the car has covered 6,800 miles since the previous service.

Let us, therefore, change the engine oil and filter and replenish those fluids as you see fit. Let us also examine the condition of hoses and connectors and the tension of the fan belt.

We ask your blessing on the next 5,000 miles and pray for a nice day to undertake a full service.
