Suffering son

It is not easy,
it’s not fun.
Seeing my son suffer,
As the pain gets tougher.
Its not just him,
there are others too.
Parents family friends
and a brother who,
loves him and wants
him back again,
free of his ills
and the many pills.
We want him too
back with us
As he always was
and still is,
handsome, witty and
cuddly
and with very
little fuss.
