Greater than mother’s love,
a virtue God has yet to evolve.
Warmer than the hug of a father,
He has not yet created any place still better.
Nothing is sweeter than your baby’s kiss.
Mother’s cooking everybody does always cherish.
Protection, safer than what a brother can impart,
more secure place of trust than sister’s heart,
company better than that of a friend,
softer pillow than wife’s lap at the day’s end,
are yet not found on the earth’s floor
to give peace and bliss on par for ever.
All these are unique gifts of the creator to mankind
be grateful to them and reciprocate your roles as assigned.
