Oh Mother!

A mother’s day
For her I pray.
She took pain
so I could shine and reign.
For me, my mother
creator, mentor and sustainer.
Expressing my gratitude,
infinite may be its magnitude,
is like throwing a flower
at mother earth to cover her.
