There's often a moment in

Everyone's day that makes

Us want to scream or

Run Away.

So it's that quick trip

To the loo,you made time

For while your waiting ages

In an hospital,or when you've

Finally got the kids off to sleep.

Or it could be when you

Nipped out for a fag

While at work.

Think of a special place

Or a person,or your faith.

That puts a smile right back

On your face,

And enjoy life to

The full and appreciate

It, even when it's dull.
