If there were no rain to

spoil a glorious morning

That we all wake up and

Hope for.

 

There may be no sunshine

For us all to appreciate

And enjoy when it finally

Graces our doors!!

 

So when the rain keeps

Pouring all over our bright

Happy days.

 

Stay positive and patient for

Those Dry,sunny days,

That will make us smile on,

And on.

Hi Trish. 

What a lovely poem. I noticed a couple of typos - in stanza 1&2 the word 'to' has an exta 'o'  - should read 'to'. And at the end of the first stanza, I was wondering if it should be - 

 

That we all woke up and 

(Hoped) for., 

 

or 

That we all (wake) up and 

hope for. 

This poem brightened my day. It brought positive vibes and made me smile.
