Watch Out The Sun's Out

Watch out,the sun's out
That can only mean,
Pale bare legs will
Come out.
With blue Hawaiian shorts,
That's what I saw as
They passed my house
While I sat knitting on
My Edwardian porch.
Deck chairs get aired
While Some talk about
Barbecue days,as if
Summer's already here.
Lawn's get mowed on a
Sunday morning, while
others try to sleep.
But at least we can say
That even for one day,
The sunny ray's helped
Brighten up our mundane
And maybe not so
Happy Day,
