Transition - Ruperts intro

I can hear the aum approaching,
its vibration fills the air.
I must turn to face the music,
for I’ll find a welcome there.
My consciousness is shifted
to the plain upon the Earth.
The take I have on wisdom,
has the depth of many births.
I have the gift of ages,
spent within the world of man.
But I can see the bigger picture,
which only spirit can.
You may know that time collapses,
when you have left the Earth.
But you have no real conception,
what that experience is worth.
From the viewpoint of spirit,
your path’s a web and not a line.
The threads that join together
breach infinity and time.
As man makes his temporal journey,
creating one strand, then the next.
It’s a trail he leaves behind him,
as future threads project.
From time to time in spirit
we add the odd dewdrop.
To add light around his passage
and a little thirst to stop.
When I hear your aum approaching
I rise to meet our mutual need.
As together we go forward,
your free will I won’t impede.
There are times when I’m before you,
and times when I’m behind.
But I’m never not attentive
for our roles are now entwined.
