She moves with certain elegance,
With perfect skin and long, dark hair.
Her every breath so eloquent,
Her very step so debonair.
He's always been in love with her,
For all of his whole life.
All he ever wanted was to
Have her for his wife.
He greets her every morning,
And kisses her, 'goodnight',
Then tells her how he loves her
Before turning out the light.
But when the daylight breaks,
He finds himself alone.
Once more his heart is broken,
Right to the very core.
For she doesn't even know him,
He's with her in his dreams,
So still he watches from afar,
The girl he loves, his, 'mystery'.

Very sweet, I like this very much. I can imagine someone reading this out at a wedding, remembering a pre-courtship time that led to the big day... ah the romance!
A small suggestion, if I may. The last stanza could also be;
She doesn't even know him,
He's with her in his dreams,
And still he watches from afar,
This girl, this mystery

Second stanza - always been in love with her for all his whole life - could be changed as it's overstating it? He's been in love with her his whole life?
