Was a pilot of some standing.
He was great at flying Aeroplanes
But not too good at landing.
He let his concentration slip
Approaching J.F.K.
Overshot the landing strip
And crashed three miles away!
His boss said, "Listen here old chap
"This simply will not do.
"That plane's now only fit for scrap
"And all because of you!
"You'll never fly for us again,
"It wouldn't be quite right."
