Hickory Dickory Dock
The mouse ran up the clock,
The clock struck nine
With a very loud chime
And the mouse got a terrible shock.

Hickory Dockory Dick
The mouse was now feeling quite sick,
So he jumped to the ground
But from that day on found,
That bell ringing got on his wick!
