Rhiannon, as a matter of fact
Rhiannon, as a matter of fact I think some of Carol Ann's work is very good and I probably share many of her views. It was the structure of the clerihew that led me astray as it is very hard to rhyme 'laureate!'
Overall I agree with your comments concerning anger and obscurity. I also think that to some extent modern fiction has lost its way, and modern poetry also though maybe less so. In my opinion good quality non-fiction eg Radio 4 Book of the week is in a healthier condition and can be more interesting to read or to listen to.

What a neat piece! Very
What a neat piece! Very relaxing his voice on Thomas the Tank, reassuringly monotone.

Hi Rhiannon,
Hi Rhiannon,
Boy! Do I remember Ringo and his brilliant reading of Thomas and Friends. One of my favourites to watch with my son.
Brilliant take on the IP by the way.
Jenny.
