of your kindness or your pity,
yet you left your realm of glory,
all for me.

quietly in mercy coming; –
humble lifestyle, awful suffering,
all for me.

Jesus, praise and thank you, Saviour,
for your way of gracious favour,
welcoming a ‘sorry’ sinner, –
even me.
