in the nippy, sparkling morning;
shining, baking day,
glowing sunset;
firelit evening, thicker duvet,
central heating system check,
call-out engineers busy,
fill hot water bottle, so
cosy toes curl, snug,
or microwave a lavender
wheat-filled cushion –
relaxing, warming hug …
