With foundational flour of instruction
and a cup of the milk of human kindness,
sweeten with love,
add a pinch of rebuke,
and butter it up with humour and fun,
bind it with int-egg-rity,
and bake in the oven of daily life and discipline,
fuelled by faith and prayer.

Thanks, but I've had much need of prayer and repentance, and apologies to my children too. But it's good to have the 'recipe' of their needs and our reponisbility in input in mind!
