Farm track verges wave in the breeze,
crowded abundance shining
overflowing variety:
campion red and campion white,
buttercup and big yellow daisies
speedwell and cornflower
interweaving grasses
all in the sunshine combining,
displaying luxurious beauty,
a privileged sight!

A lovely poem Rhiannon, full of vibrant colour like the photos. Makes me want to walk in a meadow of flowers and just breathe in the fresh air and hear the sounds of insects taking in nectar and birds flying high.

What a wonderful scene you've conjured up for me.

Thank you, Jenny. It was a particulaly lovely spot, and a bit of a surprise, but there is so much around to enjoy at present, even in the gardens. Rhiannon
