Two mornings

first morning:
Veil of mizzle,
myopic vision,
hemmed in, dozy,
world is blurry, washed-out,
watery-grey, hazy:
oppressing,
depressing.
next morning:
Shell-blue sky,
all’s a-glitter,
bright green leaves high
spread against the blue;
red haw blush emerging,
shining rowan berries glow,
return of depth and detail
in vision:
tension releasing,
de-stressing.

Hi Rhiannon,
Hi Rhiannon,
it's amazing how two days can be so different. You've captured the mood perfectly in this poem and the photos.
Jenny.

Hi Rhiannon
Hi Rhiannon
Yes, or weather has certainly had its contrasts this last week. I enjoyed reading this.
I am having a try at another story about my father, and doing the research, but it is not coming easily, so it probably will be some time before I publish anything else.
