granules, like gravel chucked,
crunching underfoot –
soon melts,
sun shines, briefly.

I love all the consonants at the beginning and the longer vowels and softer consonants at the end, wish I could write like this! I LOVE your musical ones :0)

Hi Rhiannon,
This is very short but very economic and I love the onomatopeaia, (which is one of my favourite words). It is very much like gravel being crunched, then the sun comes like a resolution, albeit briefly.
