Not a net that fishes, extracts,
but to penetrate, infiltrate, disseminate facts –
while lies are slyly flying    
around world-wide
(and sources hide),
a flood of vanity to swamp the clarity
of useful exchange of helpful truth:

be vigilant, vulnerable youth
for viruses and voices uncouth;
as knowledge you’re reaping,
temptations are seeping,
and rumours come creeping,
to manipulate, contaminate:
net never sleeping,
awake to work:
be concerned to discern,
and close the links that stink,
where vileness grows,
outflows;

Our world is contracting,
compacting,
connecting
electonically,
electromagnetically,
fibroptically
to interact
in abstract
contact:
who can cut the threads
that evil shed … ?
