passes from child

to senior--

an act of love. Once

upon a moment

this fine lady ably

selected her own liquid

gifted from

a favorite Jersey cow.

Snarled fingers now

struggle to hold

a planned cup of milk--

evening’s treat for

an older soul – Mom
