GATHER THEM IN poem

Gather Them In
Seated in comfortable
pews wedding
guests await. Digital
cameras and
hankies at the ready
as Pastor’s words
reach love’s richest moment:
“I now pronounce you,
man and wife.”
In his back row view
one is silent and alone
not long ago he too
stood on the threshold
of promised vows.

My wife, Esther and I, invite you to read "FOOTPRINTS” available from www.synergebooks.com. “Someone’s Son” and “Into The Fire” will also be out soon by the same company. These books were written during the first several years while I was recovering from my stroke, which felled me in 1999. With prayer and my wife's love, I continue to recover.
The link to “FOOTPRINTS” is as follows: http://www.synergebooks.com/ebook_footprints.html
