Through Our Country Window
Rivulets stream
thinly
down landscape
sheerness
falling as a multiplicity
of confetti drops
bubbling & sprinting
onto aspen leaves
re-directed
into
rabbit shelters under
spreading fir
boughs
and we wish to
join them
in the joy of recovery.

An evocative, picturesque portrait of the path of rain. Enjoyed, Richard. Paul

Lovely! A cabin
Lovely! A cabin in the woods, a warm fireside and wild flowers in a mason jar.
I wondered why you're not writing, speedy recovery! ABC is very good for you.

A lovely poem with words
A lovely poem with words really that bring the scene to life.
I always find it interesting to read about people's homes and their environs. Perhaps 'through my window' would make a good inspirational point one week, if it hasn't been done already.
There can't be many of us who haven't got a window or two.

Merci à toi aussi!
Merci à toi aussi!
I already spend half of my life looking out of my window. It's a habit that has stayed with me all my life. It fascinates me.
