generous customer
buying coffee
for someone at the table
pie for a sweet tooth and tea
for herself

passes a ten gets change sits down
eyes searching for others
a good meeting place
this grocery store

a fill-up station for food and
other treats.
Sees another friend who joins them
at the table –
time to catch up on any gossip.
