Where stress is eased from worried frowns
and songbirds pluck a vibrant cord
amongst the never-ending spruce
friendly robins trek in noisy disarray
as happy sounds upon the eve exude,
soft shadows quietly arouse a
velvet trail
and boundless energy withdraws for rest
to hear, to love, to smooth
the sounds within.
