Ode to the Daisy

Don’t despise the daisies,

There’s no need to be mean,

They really are quite pretty,

So let the flowers be seen.

Don’t kill them off with chemicals,

They are the gardener’s friend, for:

The white and gold among the green

Tell you where the mower’s been.
