My Kind, Loving Dad.

My kind,loving dad is wise
Often to my surprise
Watching from a safe distance
Knowing just the right instance
Uh uh no…… Uh uh no!
I, said, NO!

But he is fair, and loving, and kind
And suddenly doesn’t mind
Letting his toddler son
Reach for the steaming bun
The oven’s still hot
But dangerous not

Reaching w’all his might
Toddler gets a fright

And learns that uh uh!
Really means NO!
