Dramatic colour mesmerises all who come to see.
You can travel miles just to view a 15 minute display.
But you won't regret your stay.
Fascinating, childlike wonders, even my father can enjoy.
Echoes of "oooh" noises then covered by an embarrassed breath for air in the smokey cloud of execution that you cannot draw your eyes away from.
Camera flashes are vague, money is spent for tooth decay and upset tummies.
I continue to become spellbound and pulled in by this magic - we associate magic with stardust and pixies... but this is a show like no other.
Excitement in dazzled eyes, for even the small minds can see the beauty in this scene. Undeveloped pushchair parcels can still hear and see the action.
A real contribution and a historical tale, attracts thousands of humans, like flies to a plate of discarded meat.
The raging heat, illuminates the crowd's features, and soon, the illusion shows one huge sea of glow sticks and sparklers awaiting a grand surprise.
These adoring eyes watch patiently.
And when I realise how entranced they are, I join in, hoping to become part of something so enlightened and applaused.
When the lights dim out
I only wish
that when I die
I can come back as
A Firework.
