Less than..

Here is a conundrum for you computer logicians:

 

If something is less than that is <, why then on the next line do we test for more than >?

 

Ha ha ha ha !

I mean, we don't say :-  We don't know whether it is < or > it COULD or MIGHT be one or the other, so let us test for both do we?! Now that is what I call complete logic, not assumed logic as a lot of computer programming is (and I've been doing it since the age of 10).. 

You see, I am Human, not a Computer, or based on a computer program. I object to computer programs trying to mimick humanity, because the very way they are developed is inhuman. Humans don't think like computer programs.

Progamming is not my thing but if you want to say " < or > " it means "not = to" in other words all numbers minus just the one. In affect a hole or puncture in the real line.

I'm also glad you are not a computer program or a robot. Your dilemma appears to be more of a religious one. What about the excluded middle? I also don't believe in artificial intelligence.
