When i'm down, i hustle my spirits up.
When i'm wronged, i redefine corrupt.
I hustle straight through the hard times,
straight through city lights and hungry nights.

Gotta hustle my way through the morning, into the afternoon. Then
hustle my way through the evening and come on home to you.

I have learned, through hard knocks,
not to take shit from no-one.
In other words, you're going to get one if I owe one.
I hustle for my grandma, up above, for my father, and above all for my
girl's love.

Gotta hustle my day in university, fight to get ahead.
Then hustle my nights on the corner, bring in our daily bread.

I hustle with a sense of religion because two wrongs can make a
right.
I've seen it so I will not lose this fight.
I hustle straight through adversity, straight through my enemies,
straight to my destiny.
