Sometimes you just got to let go
I’m hearing the radio
It’s a catchy tune
Passing my ear drums
Into my blood moves
Then to my pumping heart
There’s a beating to the rhythm
A slight head bopping starts
Flowing from my core
Vessel by vessel
There’s energy in store
Dying to let it go
From snapping fingers
To my tapping toes
Then the hip action goes
The feet just have to move
Get right into the groove
Then there’s a turn
Feet releasing the burn
Across my dance floor
The kitchen, the hall
Waxing the bathroom floor
Me and the music
Nothing more

Sounds a bit like me when I cleaning the house,
which reminds me, I should be doing while I sit
here reading.
But seriously really enjoyed this poem.
Jenny.
