Glint with lonely light glowering through emptiness
Smile at faded past receding into photographic stillness
Cry at emerald jewel floating lost somewhere far away
Sleep and dream, cover reality with a shroud of black imagination,
Laugh; bright catherine wheels shimmer with immeasurable power,
Sparking off daisy chains of fire
Spattered over the black, dead grass
Laugh; you are immortal
Empty husk will drift forever, monument to your life,
Obelisk to your memories, their shades of sepia and gold.
Rejoice with bitter horror; you dance and weave with the gods
Yet forever dream
Alone
