Goodbye Milky Way

This stair of stone beneath my feet
vanishes into the blue
Dreams up high, slowly escape
with haste we will pursue

Past the Moon and into the black
My kingdom shrinks from view
Direction now free, as am I
To search for what's untrue

My dreams have flown away
Through everlasting darkness
They seek a brand new day

Andromeda nears and passes by
And I begin to see
