Busy, We're Busy Living

We're busy living
our little lives
Don't you think it grand?
A trip here and there
by air
but mostly jaunts by land.

Some say that this
or that is bad
not to drink or eat it
but others toss a knowing
smile,
choose another biscuit.

We're busy living
our fragile lives
how short they seem
to run
but who would choose
to have none
when all is said and done.
